GeoCrete® is an additive based on a unique minerals mixture. It is a creamy white powder that consists of alkaline earth elements of complex compounds. By mixing GeoCrete® with cement, the available soil can easily be transformed into a stable structure. It means that the properties can be taken into account in the total structure during the design process. Perfect for stable foundations, dikes and roads.
This stabilisation technique is innovative. Applications such as creating foundations, paved surfaces and dike revetments are possible and require less time. It is no longer necessary to excavate the soil or purchase new construction materials. This results in a lower impact on the environment, less risk of road damage and less nuisance for the surroundings. All together, GeoCrete® brings the costs down and less carbon emissions leave the earth smiling.

Advantages of GeoCrete® for soil Soil Stabilisation
- Use of the available soil for roads and paved surfaces
- Removal and supply of loose materials not necessary
- Reusable and therefore less primary raw materials necessary
- No risk of degradation due to subsidence, moisture balance or shearing
- Reduction in subsidence and fissures
- Freezing or damage under the road surface is not possible: stabilisation with GeoCrete® allows no water or salts through
- Shorter road closure: the process is four to five times faster than the traditional method
KABA Infratech has been using GeoCrete® technology for soil Stabilization from the time of its inception in the road construction industry.
A Few Firsts
- Kaba Infratech is the first company to introduce this revolutionary product and technology in India.
- Kaba Infratech is the first company who got this product registered in the schedule of rates in Meghalaya
- Kaba Infratech was able to execute multiple road projects using GeoCrete® across all the different landscapes from high altitude mountains to coasts, deserts and plains, which itself is a proof of versatility of this product.
- Kaba Infratech holds the exclusive rights in India,Bangladesh and Nepal to use GeoCrete® for soil stabilisation

Applications Of Geocrete
Geocrete Sustainability and impact on the Environment
There is an urgent need for sustainability, innovation and an improved infrastructure. Not just inside Europe, but also outside. Government organisations are stimulating the use of secondary materials. New technologies are making the circular use of primary raw construction materials possible, which means that high-quality recycled materials can be completely reused. The energy costs for transport and the production of materials are incorporated into the design of the structure.

High sustainability
The use of GeoCrete® in structural stabilisation is highly sustainable. This patented mineral cement additive transforms existing soil or clay into a structural material with high-quality properties. The efficient work process means that transport can be kept to a minimum. A stable revetment or foundation is obtained in a relatively short time.
Advantages
- The existing soil or clay is used in the process
- Lower construction and maintenance costs
- Less use of concrete
- Less damage to structures
- Long-term sustainability
- Lower CO2 emissions due to less transport
